Creating Positive Relationships in Your Life

When you think of the relationships in your life, do you feel joy, happiness and gratitude? Or do you feel sadness, resentment or jealousy? Whatever you feel is created by your thoughts. Most of us have thoughts by default and d not realize we can change them. Our thoughts may be focused on what we do not want or they may be scattered. Purposely focus your thoughts on the relationships you will create in your life (or anything else you envision). Do you feel joy? That feeling of joy will attract more joy into your life. If you allow negative thoughts in, you will attract more negativity into your life.

Start by acknowledging the relationships in your life and be grateful for them. When you arise each morning, start saying all the things for which are grateful and all the people for whom you are grateful. In fact, be grateful for the life you are creating and act as if it already exists. Consistently say you are grateful for the wonderful relationships that you have in your life and they will appear at the right time. As the wonderful relationships appear, the negative relationships will naturally disappear from your life without effort. Be consistent, do no skip a day.

To help yourself visualize the life you are creating, find pictures that reflect your image and make you feel happy and joyous. Look at the pictures as much as possible everyday, especially before going to sleep. Tape your pictures in a notebook to carry with you for consistent viewing. Or post your pictures on a board in your home where you can look at them throughout the day. Write words that express happiness, gratefulness and joy on your board, along with your name. Do this everyday.

Manifesting change in your life may take up to 30 days. That is short compared to the time people spend creating negative relationships. For 30 days straight be grateful for everything in your life and everything you are creating in your life, as though it already exists. Look at your visualization notebook or board when you get up each morning, throughout the day and before you go to sleep at night. Somewhere in that 30 day time period ideas, people and events will start appearing in your life. Pay close attention and if any of these feel right, then act on them. Carry out interactions with that idea, event or person that will eventually lead you to the relationships you are creating in your life. Let go of your fears and listen to your inner voice. Also, continue to be conscious of your thoughts and the minute they are negative, change them to positive. After ninety consecutive days of being grateful and visualizing the creation of your life, your positive and faithful thought patterns will be a natural part of you. Continue being conscious of all thoughts, until gratefulness and positive thoughts are who you are. Then you are and can just be.

You are in the driver's seat. Only take thought trips that are full of gratitude, joy and happiness and your feelings will match your thoughts. Remember that your life is a reflection of your feelings which manifest from your thoughts. So, drive carefully.

Have you seen "The Secret" movie or read "The Secret" book? The following is a summary of what the Secret teaches us about relationships.

You can completely transform any relationship, no matter what it's like right now. Every single relationship you have is a reflection of how you feel inside about you. You are a magnet attracting to you all things, via the signal you are emitting through your thoughts and feelings. Every relationship you have and every interaction with every person is a reflection of your own thoughts and feelings in that very moment.

To transform every single relationship you ave in your life:

Fall in love with YOU! (You must love yourself deeply).

Make lists of hundreds and hundreds of wonderful things about you. Keep adding to it every day.

Know that you are perfect. (Do not think any negative thoughts about you).

Know that you are worthy and deserving of anything and everything you could possibly want in your life.

Focus on the wonderful things in every person. Look for only those things.

Do not blame or criticize anybody, ever.

Set an intention that you are going to see the best in everything and everyone.

Make your happiness the number one thing in your life. (Happiness is an inside job.)

Free yourself of the responsibility of trying to make other people happy. (Respect and love them enough to allow them to take care of their own happiness).

Get your attention off those things in others that don't make you feel good.

Appreciate and love yourself in every moment you can.

Do not expect others to behave in a way you want, so you will be happy. Release yourself forevermore and know that you alone control your happiness and that it is a choice, no matter what anyone else is doing.

Love and respect yourself completely.

Know that you are PERFECT right now.
